Short project description:

The Project comprises the implementation of the SAP HCM human resources and payment management system in the TP S.A. Capital Group subsidiary companies.
The scope of the Project includes the implementation of the SAP ERP Human Capital Management system, the introduction of the dedicated SAP Portals operating based on the NetWeaver technology and used for the purpose of management of the work-time, holiday leaves, social funds and self-service portals for the employees and managers. The scope of implementation additionally comprises the integration of the SAP system with the data warehouse with the use of the SAP IX application, as well as the integration of the SAP system with the portal applications used by the TP SA Capital Group companies.
Due to an extensive and complex range of the implementation process the Project has been divided into several stages.

Implementation scope covered production, production planning, sales, purchasing, material management, finance and analytical QlikView system. Integration with other systems was also carried out, including the BestMix formula system.
The big challenge was business reengineering and implementation of organizational changes, which were introduced together with IT solutions in order to standardize business processes.
Because of the huge scope of implementation
(16 feed-plants, over 530 users) the project was divided into stages.
