My greatest passion is setting myself ambitious goals and high standards in order to reach them in an orderly manner. This is how I can summarize my professional career which comprises numerous difficult and complex IT projects. What distinguishes me from my competitors is the number of successful implementations.
I am 37 years old and for over 13 years I have been implementing IT systems whose strategic task is to build corporate goodwill through effective process, resource and knowledge management.
I have extensive experience in the implementation
of ERP, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouses and CRM systems from different manufacturers and market leaders in the IT sector:
SAP, Microsoft, BaaN, Pivotal and QlikTech.
Throughout my professional career, which took a rather typical path, I have held various positions. I started my adventure with implementations as an "ordinary" consultant. Shortly after, I got promoted to the positions of senior consultant, project manager and finally to the position of IT department director and the head of the division responsible for the company’s
IT-consulting development.
For 5 years I have had my own business, operating under the firm
Doradztwo Gospodarcze Konrad Jasiński.
Previously, I held key positions in the leading Polish IT companies i.e. Sygnity (formerly known as ComputerLand) and ABG (formerly known as
Ster-Projekt).
Currently, as Project Manager and IT Consultant, I provide complex assistance to various companies and enterprises in the implementation of new IT systems as well as in the development and update of the already functioning systems.
My work comprises the following tasks: working-out goals and objectives for particular projects, selection of the best possible systems and system implementation partners, negotiations on terms and conditions of implementation contracts and agreements with implementing companies, project and project team management, development of the system blueprint, designing new customer-oriented functionalities, testing the system operation, verification of documents, organization of training events for the system users, organization of support teams for the system users, supervision of work and product quality, reporting to the management board and steering committee on the project implementation progress.
Therefore, my work does not only involve effective team management, but also requires making independent decisions to tackle particular tasks. The combination of the two, together with substantial self-reliance and responsibility is what gives me the greatest satisfaction.

I also have experience in implementation of international projects as I have cooperated with foreign managers, specialists and consultants.
In private, I am an open-minded, perfectly-organized person with a sense of humour. I spend my free time pursuing my numerous hobbies.
I am also a Mensa member.
